Rich Desoto is the SL persona of singer/songwriter Rich Palmer. He is completing a new album of original tunes. In RL he plays bass for a classic rock/acoustic based cover band called „The Fries“.
His influences are The Beatles – Crosby Stills and Nash – George Harrison – Jeff Lynne and more.
After a stream problem (don’t forget to reboot rich!) he did a great show. I simply love his sweet song „avatar girl“. too bad there weren’t many people there. guys.. seriously what’s wrong with you?? We hope to have him back soon again!

Rayman Lockjaw rappt live in the Black Cow!
He is a German rapper so the rest of this text will be in German as will be his music but maybe some English speakers would like to come too and as it’s his first apearance in SL he would like a nice crowd.
Deutscher Sprechgesang mit eigenen Beats, jedoch keine monotone Gangstermusik mit Selbstbeweihraeucherungstexten, sexistischen Inhalten oder Beleidigungen. Rayman’s Texte sind vertraeumt, gesellschaftskritisch und hinterfragen Sinnzusammenhaenge. Party, Fun und Spass, also halt Vollgas. 
Interaktiv wird das Publikum eingebunden bei Ray’s Auftritten und er wird zwischendrin Freestylen, also aus dem Moment heraus rappen und das Publikum in die Texte miteinbauen. Die Texte reichen vom Storytelling, hin zu Partyanimationen, aber auch schwere Themen wie Drogenmissbrauch und Ausgrenzung anderer Kulturen.
Mimi Carpenter is a dynamic young French singer who is passionate about music. She sings in both English and in French and is currently living in Germany.
Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of musical styles, Mimi is pretty eclectic and her repertoire includes covers with strong rock, indie and pop influences, accompanied by acoustic guitar.
She was mostly brought up on country, Anglo-Saxon and world music, which her parents enjoyed listening to.

Djai Skjellerup – The Songs For Your Second Life
Djai is a piano singer/songwriter. He writes simple, timeless, classic songs accessible to all.
Djai’s shows consist of all original material played and sung totally live. Whether you want to rock or be mellow you will come away from his shows singing the songs to yourself.
He also wrote the original song „Get It Together“ and completed the project to see it collaboratively recorded by 13 SL musicians. The track is available freely all over Second Life as a way to raise the profile of live music in SL. The musicians who collaborated on this project are: Djai Skjellerup, Toby Lancaster, BabbleGrabble Swindlehurst, Kim Seifert, Mimi Carpenter, The Professor, Rich Desoto, Jambalaya Fonck, Zak Claxton, Norris Shepherd, Jean Munro, Freestar Tammas and Lyn Carlberg.
